The hotel has a great location, very close to all the attractions in the city center. The staff is helpful and friendly, always willing to assist you. The view from the room is stunning, the hills and the city are impressive. The rooms are clean and cozy, offering you everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The hotel lacks proper soundproofing, the rooms can be quite noisy at times. , the cleaning staff can be invasive, entering the room without permission, and moving your belongings.

the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the heart of the city and its attractions. the hotel staff was also very courteous and helpful.
The hotel had strict rules regarding smoking and TV control, which were a bit inconvenient. the lack of good ventilation made the rooms very stuffy, and the front desk staff could have been a bit more prompt in responding to requests.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the historical center. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was impressive. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had parking available on the premises, which made it extremely convenient.
